These stone lithographs are Chilean artist Marco Arias first approximation to the medium. Urquia proposed this collaboration after seeing Arias’ paintings at Xxijra Hii Gallery in London. As a result the simplicity of the lines and crayon textures get enhanced by the natural frame of the stone.
